### appHotkeys?

Every app hotkey, from `defineAppHotkeys`. Listed by
`injectAppHotkeyList` whether or not they are registered.

Starting custom hotkeys, such as saved data. Read once; the provider owns
the state afterwards. Invalid entries are ignored with a warning.
