Vue composable that reactively reads every hotkey registration, chords and
sequences, from the singleton HotkeyManager. Narrow each view with `kind`.

This composable does NOT require the HotkeysProvider.

## Returns

`Readonly`\<`Ref`\<`HotkeyRegistrationView`[]\>\>

A ref of all registrations, without callbacks
